Rev. James C. Richards pictured here with his wife, Laura, pastored the B.M.E. for many, many years as well as Fred Tatsu who pastored the First Baptist Church.


George Gant attended the Wilberforce School located on King St. beside the A.M.E. Church. (currently St. Vincent de Paul Store). The bedstead pictured here was built by George Gant.
